You would think they would be cranky and moody, on the contrary, they love to hear what bloggers and consumers have to say about real estate and how it relates to the intertubes 2.0. They are quick to share their stories and nuggets of wisdom they have gathered from their immersion into the blogosphere. Icon South Beach is one of my favorite towers in South Beach. It has an ultra cool interior design that is funky and modern. Yet it's the architecture of the building that is simply lights out. As many of you know it was designed by Philippe Starck, the mad designer of the moment.
